Why we built this

A home like that runs on hundreds of small things: the furnace filter, the smoke alarm batteries, the vet visit, the insurance renewal, the paint color nobody wrote down. When they're done on time, you feel it. The house feels solid under you. You feel safe in it.
When they're not, you feel that too. It's the low hum of things undone, and in most homes it lives in one person's head. Roof & Root takes that weight. It remembers, it answers, and it speaks up before anything's due, so a well-kept home can do what it's meant to do: hold you.

How it works
Scan a nameplate, a receipt, an insurance card, a VIN plate, a pill bottle, a vaccine record, or any document at all. Roof & Root reads it, files it under the right room, car, person or pet, and suggests the right reminder.
Then ask in plain words. "What size filter does the fridge take?" "Who fixed the fence, and what did it cost?" The answer comes from your own records, in seconds.

A note from the founder
I built Roof & Root because I was the one who carried it. The filter sizes, the renewal dates, the "when did we last…" for the house, the cars, the dog.
Somewhere along the way I noticed something. When the house was kept up, when the oil was changed and the filter was fresh and the insurance was current, I was calmer. Not because anything big had happened, but because nothing was waiting to. A well-kept home is quiet in a way you can feel. Everything under the roof, cared for on time, gives back a kind of steadiness, and that steadiness becomes peace in the house.
I wanted the house to remember for us, so I could stop bracing for the thing I’d forgotten and just live in it. I hope it does the same for yours.
